Ken Giannini Consulting 

Ken Giannini Consulting was founded in 2021 to offer my clients both award winning design services as well as project management or client representative services. I have been a leader in the world of workplace design for over 30 years  and have worked with many global organisations and brands designing and managing their projects in the UK and internationally. I continue to bring my extensive experience to corporate organisations with real estate changes, relocations, refurbishments, transformations, new workplace strategies and fit out projects. I enjoy collaborating with other talented individuals and organisations and I have a network of partner organisations or individuals internationally and in the UK that I often cooperate with to manage, create and deliver projects for my clients in EMEA, North and South America and Asia.

Rothschild & Co. (Arrowpoint Advisory)
We were appointed by one of the world's best known private bank and financial advisory business in London to create their new office. The project includes the workplace strategy and design of a new workspace floor and complete strip out and refurbishment of an existing floor to create a world class client experience and an inspiring new work environment for staff. Our services include strategy, design, furniture consultancy, selection of contractor, inspections and overseeing construction works. The project handed over in phases and completed in Summer 2024. 
















Marsh McLennan, Newcastle
We were appointed as Architects/Designers and Project Managers for this international firm's Newcastle office refurbishment and expansion. The project provides new workstations, break out and collaborative work space as well as large multi purpose meeting rooms that convert to theatre style or event spaces within this historic listed building in the city centre. Ken has personally project managed both the internal stakeholders, preferred suppliers and main contractor as well as being the Architect creating the design. The project completed in Q1 2024. 







Lululemon
We are pleased to have designed the new London HQ for Lululemon. After engaging with the leadership and staff for several months in mid 2023 to determine a new workplace strategy incorporating hybrid work patterns and staff growth scenarios, we analysed stay or go options.  The decision to relocate followed and our design recognises the culture and values of this leading fashion/sports/wellness retailer. The sustainable design of the new workplace includes a 'Sweats and Chill' studio, creative and social zones, team working zones and quiet focused working zones. The project  completed in the summer of 2024. 
Workplace Research EMEA
We are working with a UK business that has offices across EMEA and the world. Our work is defining best practice in terms of occupancy of workplace in a variety of countries. We are researching statutory requirements, and best practices for space metrics such as m2 per person, % primary work settings vs % alternative work settings and sharing ratios.  Our work will inform the type and amount of space needed for future relocations in EMEA. 
Brookfield Properties, Brazil
We have designed in partnership with Fernanda Gabriel Arquitetos in Brazil three new workplaces as a vision of the future, to attract new tenants and offer fully fitted out spectacular space to potential occupiers for this global property developer within two new office towers in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  The CAT A plus offer enables occupiers to lease and rentalise a fully fitted out workplace.
