About Me
I am an Architect and for over 30 years have focused my career on creating office environments for international businesses. My work is both creative as well as strategic. In some ways I am a cross between a business consultant and a designer because the fundamental starting point for me is gaining a deep understanding of my client's business, their people and what makes their organisation thrive. In today's complex world of hybrid working, advances in technology and our drive to be focused on our environment, I understand the challenges my clients face in making their workplace relevant, purposeful and effective places that motivate their staff. Ken Giannini Consulting offers clients both award winning design services as well as project management. I have worked with many global organisations and brands designing and managing their projects in the UK and internationally and many have won design awards. I enjoy collaborating with other talented individuals and organisations and I have a network of partner organisations internationally that I often cooperate with to manage, create and deliver projects for my clients in EMEA, North and South America and Asia.

Refurbishment, Repurposing, Re-imagining
We enjoy the challenge of creating or adding value to real estate sites or existing assets for developers, funds or owner occupiers. We have a responsibility in our industry to always focus our design on sustainable best practices. We will ensure our repurposed buildings are minimising their impact on the environment now and during operation. Adding value is our primary goal for many landlord clients. We seek out new ways to add lettable space, change image and reposition existing buildings or maximise the value of new sites.
Interior Design
Workplace Strategy, Space Planning, Design
Award winning workplace interior design and workplace strategy services are in our DNA. The challenging times we now face with our clients trying to navigate hybrid working and the impact on their people, on their management processes and on the impact on their real estate is immense. The big questions our clients are asking are : What is the purpose of our office? What do we need to provide to encourage staff to want to be in the office? What is the right pattern of work for us? How much space do we need? We engage with leadership and staff to help resolve those questions. Our design work is always informed by our deep understanding or our client's business and brief. We win design awards and the creative process we follow is collaborative and immensely enjoyable.
Project Management
Client Representative, Project Management
We often are asked to manage the complex process of an office relocation, refurbishment and fit out project even if we are not the Architect or Designer. This is sometimes called a Client Representative role. We act as the internal client and guide our client and all the other consultants or contractors through the process. We are your advocate and look after your interests as the informed client. Our clients welcome taking a strategic decision making role and not having to do the day to day management. We will lead and advise on developing the brief, appointing the right consultants and contractors and ensuring both internal stakeholders and external consultants are aligned.
